Our Story

Rakefet Designs was Founded by Rakefet Ulloa, who works as an artist in the "Safed Candles" factory in Tzfat and has over a decade of experience in Safed tourism and art.

The various workshops and tourism experiences are suitable for all ages, groups and families in a friendly environment that encourages and inspires artistic growth. We believe everyone has an artist inside them, looking to express himself and we want to help you find your artistic voice
